A SITE PLAN APPLICATION PROPOSING TO ESTABLISH A CHURCH AT 13350 NW COUNTY ROAD 12, PARCEL NUMBER 006-1S-7W-01744-001, LOCATED JUST SOUTH OF VETERANS MEMORIAL CIVIC CENTER, LYING IN SECTION 006, TOWNSHIP 1S, RANGE 7W, BRISTOL, LIBERTY COUNTY, FLORIDA. THIS PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY ZONED RURAL VILLAGE AND REQUIRES NO CHANGE IN ZONING.

APPLICANT B:

A SITE PLAN APPLICATION PROPOSING TO ESTABLISH A COMMERCIAL EVENT SPACE OPERATION AT 10670 NW STATE ROAD 20, PARCEL NUMBER 036-1N-8W-02241-000,  LOCATED JUST WEST OF MADDIE’S MARKET, LLC (CHEVRON STATION), LYING IN SECTION 006, TOWNSHIP 1N, RANGE 8W, BRISTOL, LIBERTY COUNTY, FLORIDA. THIS PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY ZONED RURAL VILLAGE AND REQUIRES NO CHANGE IN ZONING.

            A public hearing on the proposed site plans will be held at 6:00 p.m. ET on Monday, May 11, 2026, or as soon thereafter as possible, at City Hall, 12444 NW Virginia G. Weaver Street, Bristol, Florida 32321.

All interested persons are invited to attend.  In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing special accommodations or an interpreter to participate in this proceeding should contact the City of Bristol at (850) 643-2261 at least seven days prior to the date of the hearing.

A copy of the Site Plan Application and applicable Land Development Regulations may be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office located at the Bristol City Hall.

Please be advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, such person will need a record of these proceedings, and for this purpose such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
